Priced per facility

A facility is the unit of work: one address, one set of agencies, one register, one schedule of recurring obligations with evidence and retention attached. Three plants are three times that.

per facility

One facility: its register, its written programs, its scheduled work, evidence capture and retention. Everything in the product, for one site.

Every subscribed site includes

Every requirement in force
Federal, state and local, each with the agency that actually inspects and takes the filing.
Written programs
Generated from your intake, quoting the regulation's own text where it can legally be taken.
A schedule of recurring work
Due dates with the grace the rule actually allows — “weekly” in RCRA is no more than seven days between.
Evidence, captured on a phone
A failed inspection line cannot be closed without a photograph that exists.
Retention, computed and acted on
Set at capture from the requirement, and records are destroyed on schedule rather than kept forever.
Permits and their expiry
Including the ones you hold that no rule here explains, which is its own finding.
A coverage statement
In plain words, per site: which layers we reached for your address and which we did not.
Acceptance by a named person
Not a login. The record shows who accepted a determination and when.

Additional seat

$50/month

after the three included

Three people are included with a subscribed site. Each person beyond that is $50 a month. A seat is a login, not a licence to perform work: everyone who inspects, completes a task or captures evidence needs one.

Two things are measured

A site is the unit of value — one address, one set of agencies, one register. That is what the product makes and what you pay for. A seat is access: three are included, because a facility is usually an EHS lead, a plant manager and somebody who walks the areas. Charging from the first would bill you for adding the person who does the work.

Nothing locks the fourth person out

Being shut out of your own register during an inspection is a worse outcome than an unpaid seat. The count is shown on your billing page and the charge is something an admin chooses. The same reasoning leaves a subscription entitled while a payment is retrying.

What the free period gives you

Fourteen days, starting when your register is built rather than when you sign up — the intake takes a walk round the site, and there is nothing to look at until it is done. You see the whole register, and one written program open to read in full. The rest are listed by name, because what you owe is not the thing being sold.

If you stop paying

Your register, your evidence, your completed work and your retention schedule stay exactly where they are. The written documents close. Nothing is deleted on a billing event — records are destroyed on their retention schedule and for no other reason, which is the whole point of having one.

What this does not do

It does not sign anything and it does not decide for you: every determination is accepted by a named responsible person at your organization, and the record shows who and when. Coverage is federal everywhere, state rules for the states authored so far, and the local layer — fire authority, CUPA, air district, sewer authority — for the metros resolved so far. Your register says which of those it reached for your address, in plain words, on the page. A partial answer you can see is worth more than a complete one you cannot check.

Start with the intake. Fifteen sections, and the screener decides which you are asked.
